Dear Averie and Declan,
Today was such a SPECIAL day!! Averie you had "show day" at ballet and I was so excited to see you show us what you have learned the last four months at ballet. Great Aunt Sue came to watch and you were excited to have her there too. You were a bit concerned that baby brother wouldn't be able to watch you if he was sleeping, but after about 5 minutes into the show you came over gave Daddy a kiss, me a kiss and baby brother a kiss (that woke him us so he could watch :)). It was so sweet of you. You did an amazing job and you are such a graceful dancer. Whenever you are showing us something that you have learned or something that you are doing you get so excited and it just chokes me up. You are so talented and I hope you always know how wonderful I think you are. I loved watching you today and I loved that you are my daughter!
After we watched you at "show day" we headed to Top Pot Donuts for a donut to celebrate. Aunt Sue and Daddy came with us. You had a donut with chocolate frosting (of course) and sprinkles. I shouldn't have let you but you finished the whole thing...yikes.
Declan you were so cute at the ballet show. After sister woke you up you just sat with Daddy and watched. You usually want to eat but I think you liked watching sister and liked the music. You are so mellow and just love to be in our arms.
Tonight we had, Averie your favorite thing, movie night! Declan you go to bed at 6:30 so had to miss it :(. We watched Word World and had part of your Easter cchocolate bunny. Our movie night is such a special time and my favorite part is seeing how excited you get :).
Tomorrow we head to GG and PopPop's for the weekend. I hope all goes well!
